I scheduled my first appointment, now what?"Congrats! You have scheduled your first appointment. Below are 6 easy steps to complete before your initial visit: STEP 1: Once your first appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email titled “OnPatient Invite.” This is an invitation to create a private account with our patient portal. Healthcare records at Netley Chiropractic are 100% electronic and HIPAA compliant; therefore, you must create an account with our electronic healthcare system. STEP 2: Open the email and click “Sign up now!” A new window will open that says “Welcome to OnPatient.” STEP 3: Click “Sign Up.” This will take you to a page that will ask you to verify your identity by providing your phone number and date of birth. You will then be logged into the OnPatient portal! STEP 4: To fill out your new patient form, click “Check In.” Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible. STEP 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find our 2 consent forms. You must read and sign them prior to your visit. Open each consent form document and select “I’ve read this document.” You may then sign the intake and consent forms with your computer mouse or finger (if you are using a touch screen). Once you have signed the document, click “Save Signature” then click “I’m Done.” STEP 6: In order for us to provide touchless check-in when you arrive at your first visit please download the Dr. Chrono App and ensure that you can log in prior to your initial visit. What happens during a new patient visit?We strive to maximize efficiency while you are physically in the office; therefore, all new patients will be asked to fill out intake forms online prior to your initial appointment. We ask that you complete your intake forms at least 24 before your scheduled appointment. Once submitted online, the intake information will be reviewed thoroughly by Dr. Netley prior to your arrival. When you arrive for your appointment, please feel free to relax in the reception area. Dr. Netley will escort you into the treatment room when ready. We will review your intake forms with you and ask any additional questions. Please try to be as thorough as possible when filling out the new patient forms in order to streamline your visit. Dr. Netley will perform an exam and explain the diagnosis. If appropriate, treatment will then be provided. Although the vast majority of our patients do receive treatment during their initial visit, a small percentage of patients present with conditions that require more detailed analyses prior to rendering treatment. We reserve the right to deny care to new patients if necessary.

Do you accept Medicare?Yes! Please note that Medicare only covers chiropractic adjustments to the spine. All other services must be paid for in full by the patient, including the new patient visit. Please bring your Medicare card and proof of supplementary insurance (if applicable). It is important to note that Dr. Netley is a non-participating Medicare provider who does not “accept assignment.” For more information, please contact us.

After my first appointment, typically how long do treatments last?"A chiropractic adjustment visit lasts under 15 minutes. Active Care (rehabilitation) appointments are 25 minute sessions.

How much does a new patient visit cost?Netley Chiropractic accepts cash and Medicare. Currently, no other insurance providers are accepted. A new patient visit costs $120 (This fee includes intake, examination and treatment). Cash Patients The new patient visit includes your intake, examination and treatment. Please note that treatment is not guaranteed on the initial visit. We reserve the right to deny care to new patients if necessary. The price of a new patient visit is $120 with or without care. Medicare Patients Medicare only covers chiropractic adjustments to the spine. All other services must be paid for by the patient, including the new patient visit. The price of a new patient visit for Medicare Patients is $120. Please see above for more details. Do you accept walk-in patients?At this time, we do not accept walk-in patients. This is to your benefit to provide you the best possible service. New patients must book an appointment and complete their intake form online prior to their initial visit. Returning patients will have the ability to book appointments at their leisure using our online Patient Portal or smartphone app.
